Production Process
1.Incoming Material Inspection: Testing raw material particle size, melt flow index, and Mooney viscosity.
2.Raw Material Mixing (Rubber) or Powder Mixing (PTFE Filler Mixing).
3.Molding: Cold pressing of PTFE tube blanks, or injection/molding of rubber and PU blanks.
4.Vulcanization/Sintering: Rubber vulcanization in a flat vulcanizing machine; PTFE blanks undergo long-term temperature gradient sintering in a sintering furnace; PU undergoes post-curing treatment.
5.Machining: PTFE tube blanks are machined into slip rings, with inner and outer diameter grooves cut to the required positions; some PU parts have flash removed or ground.
6.Surface Treatment: Activating the bonding surface, or applying an anti-friction coating.
7.Inspection: Projector measurement of cross-sections, hardness and tensile testing, sampling bench testing for reciprocating leakage and friction monitoring.
8.Cleaning, Labeling, Packaging: Assembled seals and bagged.

- UN / UNS / UNP – U-cup seals for rod and piston applications, designed for reciprocating motion in hydraulic cylinders
- UHS – U-cup rod seal with a compact cross section, ideal for high pressure rod sealing

- IDU / IDI – Double acting piston seals with excellent sealing performance in both directions
